Maine Paranormal and Horror Convention – Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket and/or participating in the Maine Paranormal and Horror Convention (the “Event”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.


1. No Refunds, Transfers, or Exchanges (All Attendees)

All ticket sales are final. There will be no refunds, transfers, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • scheduling conflicts

  • personal illness

  • weather conditions

  • guest cancellations

  • vendor no-shows

  • or other unforeseen circumstances

Please ensure you are able to attend the Event before purchasing.


2. Admission and Entry

  • A valid ticket or confirmation is required for entry.

  • Attendees must check in at Will Call to receive a wristband, which must be worn at all times.

  • Lost, stolen, or altered wristbands will not be replaced.


3. Guest Appearances

All guest appearances are subject to change or cancellation without prior notice. Refunds will not be issued due to such changes.


4. Photography & Media Release

By entering the Event, you consent to being photographed, recorded, or filmed. These materials may be used for promotional purposes without compensation.


5. Code of Conduct

Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior of any kind will result in removal from the Event without refund. We strive to maintain a safe and respectful atmosphere for all attendees, guests, and vendors.


6. Liability Waiver

You attend the Event at your own risk. The organizers, venue, affiliates, and sponsors are not liable for:

  • personal injury

  • theft or loss of property

  • or any other incident during the Event


7. Children and Minors

Minors under 16 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult. Some experiences may be 18+ or rated for mature audiences.


8. Workshops, Add-Ons & Special Events

All separately ticketed experiences are subject to their own terms and availability. Entry is only granted to the specific event purchased.


9. Vendor Terms and Conditions

By applying and/or vending at the Maine Paranormal and Horror Convention, you agree to the following additional terms:

  • Vending Space includes (1) 7-foot table and (2) chairs per space unless otherwise noted.

  • This is a two-day event, and vendors are expected to participate both days.

  • There are absolutely no refunds for vendor fees under any circumstance.

  • Set-up must be completed by 9:00 AM on Saturday morning before doors open. There is no setup during open hours.

  • Breaking down early is not permitted. Being sold out is not a valid reason to close your table early and does notqualify for a refund or partial credit.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure you bring:

    • Adequate stock

    • Engaging products

    • Any additional display materials or table coverings

  • The Maine Paranormal and Horror Convention is not responsible for your individual sales, profits, or lack thereof.

Failure to adhere to the above may result in removal from the event and potential disqualification from future vending opportunities.
